• Chef Salad w/ Smoked Brisket – with eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and our fantastic Smoked Brisket. (Brisket by the pound will NOT be sold.)
• Smoked Chicken Salad Salad – A Black Swan Favorite with eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and our awesome smoked chicken salad.
